Rental Procedures & Requirements Absolutely no pets allowed. Month-to-month lease with minimum 6-month occupancy. Rent due on 1stof month and considered late after 5th. Certified fund required to replace any returned check. Each dishonored check subject to $20 fee. Late fee of 6% incurred on rent received after 5thof month. Rentals available on approved credit. No subletting of apartment permitted. Written notice required 30 days prior to termination of rental agreement. Residential Policies One parking space is assigned for each one-bedroom unit. Two parking spaces will be assigned for each two- or three-bedroom unit. Do not store more than 300 pounds per carport storage. All mechanical work is prohibited on property. No visitor parking is allowed inside the gates. Residents must be 18 years or older to use the weight room. Maintenance requests must be made by telephone or in writing to the office. Minors under the age of 14 are not permitted in the Pool & Jacuzzi area without the supervision of the parents or a responsible adult over the age of 18. Parents are to provide proper supervision of all play areas and recreation rooms while their children are using them. Apartment alterations are not allowed without Management's prior written approval. Your family, invite(s), licensee(s), and guest(s) shall not engage in unlawful activities in the unit, common areas or on property grounds.
